All content on SPOTTER is public. Posts, photos, captions, map pins, Moments, Events, and Places are visible to anyone using the app. Do not share anything you want to keep private.

SPOTTER (“we”, “us”) is a map-first social app from Mindfull Studio. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account — email, display name, and password (stored hashed) when you register.
Location — approximate or precise location when you use the map or pin a post (with your permission).
Content you create — posts (photos, captions, pins), reactions, follows, messages, and support feedback.
Device / usage — basic technical logs and push tokens needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the app: show nearby public posts, publish your posts, deliver messages and notifications, authenticate your account, respond to support requests, and keep the service reliable and safe.

Sharing

Posts on SPOTTER are public by design. We do not sell your personal data. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, maps, push delivery) that process data only to run the service.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and content data while your account is active. See Delete account for how to remove your account and what is deleted.

Children

SPOTTER is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.
